How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover plus PayPal. Your credit card is charged just prior to shipping your order. PayPal charges your order at the time that the order is placed.
How do I handle a problem with my order?
Upon receipt of your order, if you find a mistake, please contact us by email. If it is necessary, we will issue a pick up and replacement. Should you find that something is missing, please contact us within 72 hours.
What do I do if I want to exchange or return something?
We try to provide good pictures and descriptions of our products. If you receive something and do not want to keep it, please email us for instructions on how to proceed. We will provide you with a return address. It will by your responsibility to return the item(s). We will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of date of receipt of order.
What do I do if an item is damaged?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find damage, please email us within 72 hours. We will arrange for a pick-up and send a replacement.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because we produce all of our handmade items in Haiti, please allow 1 - 3 weeks from the time of your order. If we are able, we will send your order sooner.
